Sulu, Jah Prayzah & Soul Jah Love to Perform at Black Opal Finals

Zimbabwe’s Superstars Suluman Chimbetu, Jah Prayzah and Soul Jah Love are expected to perform at this year’s Black Opal Face of Zimbabwe national finals scheduled for July 25 in Harare.

These performing artistes will spice up what was already set to be an exciting beauty contest judging from the models that are vying for the title.

The must-attend gig will be the cherry on top as shows like this don’t come any better with Sulu commanding his troupe with dendera music, while Soul Jah Love rips the microphone with Zim dancehall and Jah Prayzah wraps it up with his contemporary beats.

The performing line-up, courtesy of Chipaz Promotions who partnered with Black Opal – the organisers of the beauty contest – is expected to raise some dust soon after the crowning moment.

The Orchestra Dendera Kings frontman is loved by many and he is no stranger when it comes to delivering on stage. Currently tearing the dancefloors with his hit album “Gunship”, Sulu as he is known in music circles is no pushover and he does not waste time on stage.

Fans are assured of a non-stop easy rocking when he takes to the stage.

Soul Jah Love will turn on his style in true “Chibaba Chenyuchi” style.

Soul Jah Love is one of the top rated Zimbabwean artistes and whenever he takes to the stage fans cannot get enough of him.

With a number of hits up sleeves including his latest chart-topping album “Kuponda Nhamo”, the Conquering Family boss will serenade the models as they strut their stuff on the ramp.

Ably supported by Jah Child, Ipah Yute and Bounty Lisa, his better half, Soul Jah Love is sure to entertain revellers until the wee hours.

Last but not least, Jah Prayzah needs little introduction ever since he burst on the music scene female fans have been eating from his palms.

Backed by the Third Generation band, the musician, who is usually clad in army fatigues, oozes cool confidence and is full of energy. Partson “Chipaz” Chimbodza, the man behind the line-up said they were looking forward to a great show on July 25.

He said what remains now is to see who will thrill the crowd the most.
